Guarantee, Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of all of our formulas and products. We cannot, however, guarantee specific results, as each body and healing process is unique.
Shipping
We ship using USPS priority (typically delivered in 3-5 business days). Orders are typically shipped in 5-7 business days. For questions regarding shipping outside of the United States please contact us.
Returns
Full and/or partial returns of unused and unopened bottles are accepted.
We only exchange and replace bottles if they are defective or damaged.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days of delivery (according to tracking information).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (usually within 3-5 business days).
Exchanges
The exchange process is outlined below:
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will ship out the replacement with tracking via USPS ASAP to your address on the original order and supply you with a tracking number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary (typically within a week of confirmed exchange). Please include a trackable shipping service.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
